I'm particularly interested in layered, mundane sonic structures and spontaneity, approached through systems that produce more than they were built for. My current research explores listener agency within composed sound fields, situated across acoustic and electroacoustic composition, installation, and code.

I completed my bachelor's degree at İstanbul Bilgi University, studying composition and sound engineering, then completed my MFA in composition at the University of Gothenburg, Academy of Music and Drama.

During the pandemic, my practice shifted toward spatial audio and alternative, artificial spaces for listening. I also completed formal training in full-stack development, which led me toward working with interactive formats situated between installation practices and virtual sound spaces.

In recent years, I have been researching and experimenting with listener agency across various sound fields. These works are documented on the Research Catalogue, where I keep ongoing experiments as part of an artistic practice journal.
